Licensing & Usage
We use dual licensing model.
Our WordPress themes (.php files) are released under the GNU Public License version 2.0.
All the remaining content (CSS, Javascript, Photoshop and Image files) are packaged separately and are not licensed under the GPL 2.0. Instead, these files inherit the NewWpThemes Personal Use License. These files are given to all members on a personal use basis. You may not offer them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind.
We use also some third party Javascript libraries. All of them are licensed separately.

Themes Support
Theme support is available only to paid members via our support forum. You will get access to our support forums immediately after purchasing one of our themes. Most support threads will be handled in the GMT timezone; Monday to Friday from 09:00am to 9:00pm. We also take occasional leaves at public holidays and other such events during which support will be slower than usual.

Theme Content
Images used in the featured sliders as well as the logo image are provided to demonstrate the theme. They are not part of the theme and can’t be used in your live site.

Payment & Delivery
After your payment has been made and we successfully received the transaction, you will get access to your purchased theme immediately.

Refund Policy
Since NewWpThemes is offering non-tangible and irrevocable digital products, we do NOT issue refunds after a purchase is made. If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with the download, we will fix the problem.

Themes Ownership and Sponsored Links
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. NewWpThemes.com reserves the rights to:
